Here you can find the basic guideline for customer portal and learn how to navigate through sections.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Sign in with your customer portal credentials to the following URL https://portal.checkmk.com
  2. Now you can view details about your account depending your user role. You can be either a Super User or an Admin or a User.
  3. When you login, you will be taken to the page with different menu points, where you can see your company data. Here you can manage numerous things from adding new users to viewing invoices.

  4. On the right side of the Customer Portal, you can edit your personal information. You can also find following links:
    1. Account Security → Here, you can edit your security settings like setting a new password.
    2. Support (if support is included in your subscription) → Here, you can raise a support ticket.
    3. Download → Here, you can download the software.
