To check if you have exceeded the number of purchased services, you need to submit a license report on a regular basis. Here you can find the instruction how to do this.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the Checkmk Customer Portal with your account
  2. Navigate to "Subscription" and open the subscription for which you want to upload the License Audit
  3. In the subscription view you initially have to generate a password: Go to "Generate Application Account Password" to set up a password




  4. Click on „Submit License Report“
  5. A pop-up appears, where you have to enter the previous generated password. Thus, you are logging in with your application account.
  6. Select the license audit via “Choose File"

  7. By clicking on „Submit“ the license audit is uploaded
